Refund policy
Returns
We appreciate that you may wish to return a purchase for a number of reasons. In any instance we will be happy to assist you. We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Any returns requested after the 30 day period may not be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please note you will be responsible for your own shipping costs for any returns you may have.

Order Issues
You will have 48 hours from receiving your order to report any issues such as damage or defects within your order. We will not be held responsible for any issues reported after this period. When reporting order issues please ensure you have photographed the issue as we will require photos of the damaged or defective item(s) for our investigation.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange any items that are unsuitable. Please note we can only exchange items for a different size or colour. Please contact us at Info@undadawguk.com for all exchanges.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. It may take up to 5 working days to be inspected and processed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note we can only refund for the cost of the item(s) excluding any shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If more than 10 business days have passed since we've approved your return and you have not received your refund, please contact your bank or credit card company in the first instance as delays can sometimes occur as processing times may vary across different banks.
